Buy Your Ticket:
- Go to 30th Street Station Septa Regional Rail Ticket Sales Counter.
- Ask the Septa Ticket Agent for 1 adult one way ticket to New York Penn Station. (They will give you a Septa ticket and a NJRR
- Look for the R7 platform to the R7 Train to Trenton Transit Center in Trenton

The Train Ride (2 Trains):
Train 1 Septa R7 to Trenton:
- Board the R7 train at 30th Street Station in Philadelphia
- The ride is ok. The train is sometimes a bit scary in parts of North Philly. ([The Septa Conductors are usually very helpful.)
- The R7 final stop is at Trenton Station.
- If you have your ticket to Penn Station look or ask about the Train to Penn Station
- If you don’t have a ticket you can find a machine and buy one.
Train 1 New Jersey Transit Train to New York Penn Station:
- Take the NJT Train to New York Penn Station
- Board the train to New York Penn Station
- Get off only in New York Penn Station (Final Stop).
